Score report goes paperless

The new solution available from today for the TOEIC® Public Programme Speaking and Writing test

In order to improve test-takers' experience while ensuring total security for score users, the TOEIC® Speaking and Writing test score report in Public Programme is now available in digital format following the example of the TOEIC Listening and Reading test, launched in September 2021.

Get results faster, and at the click of a button

Thanks to this new service, you will no longer have to subject yourself to a long, nervous wait for the post office to deliver your paper score report. Results will be available online at any time with one click, putting an end, as well, to the stress of not knowing where you put your score report.

In addition to the information on the paper score report (i.e., the test-taker’s personal information, overall score and individual section scores, score descriptors and measured abilities), the digital score report enables you to:

  • Share the score in PDF format or via a unique and tamper-proof URL
  • Guarantee the authenticity of the score with a QR Code
  • Print the PDF version if needed

...all in one click!

This new service is included in the price of the test and of course, you can still order the paper version. The digital score report for TOEIC® tests is available in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for both Public and Institutional Programme.

BCdiploma

The technology behind the digital score report is based on blockchain technology, an innovation that facilitates the storage and transmission of data. To create this option, ETS Global has chosen to partner with BCdiploma, a French start-up specialised in digitising diplomas using blockchain. Its solution guarantees the authenticity of academic data by assigning unique and unfalsifiable links to graduates.

Understanding the importance of the issue of data security, ETS Global chose a solution that combines security and transparency of information.

In addition, it is now possible for test-takers to prove their English-language skills to recruiters or to a school as part of an admissions process using a simple URL.
