ETS France supports “Sport dans la Ville” to promote the employability of young people from priority neighborhoods

ETS renews its patronage initiative as part of the “Young Talents” program for the 4th consecutive year.

Passing on values to support professional integration
Recognized as serving the public interest, the non-profit association Sport dans la Ville (French 1901 law) supports young people from priority neighborhoods on their path to success. Through sport, it instills essential values that contribute to their personal development and professional integration.
Its mission is to give young people from priority neighborhoods the confidence, motivation, and means to dream big and succeed.

“Job dans la Ville”: finding the path to employment
In response to the difficulties these young people face in accessing qualifications, training, or employment, the association created the support program “Job dans la Ville” in 2007.
This program notably includes the “Young Talents” initiative, which enables young people from ages 18-25 to access English-language training, as well as study abroad and professional opportunities abroad (V.I.E - International Corporate Volunteering -, programs, internships, and jobs).
It is within this framework that ETS France provides its support.

ETS France: concrete support
Aware of the crucial role English proficiency plays in career development, ETS France provides a set of TOEIC® tests to young people enrolled in these programs.
Through its support, the company also enables the organization of preparation classes for the English test, thereby increasing young people’s chances of finding employment in France or internationally.

The tangible benefits of TOEIC certification were highlighted on December 16, 2025, during the graduation ceremony for the young people supported by the association:

  • A clear, objective score that recruiters immediately understand.
  • A strong asset on a CV, particularly for first professional experiences and international opportunities.
  • A way to build confidence, demonstrate one’s level, and stand out.

“We are proud to renew this partnership, which reflects one of ETS’s core missions: preparing future generations for the professional challenges of tomorrow",

said Marie-Caroline Thomas, Key Account Manager for the Auvergne–Rhône-Alpes region, on this occasion.
