If you did not log in or create an account during your purchase, we invite you to click on the "My Account" button in the "Your ETS Global invoice is now available" and "Your score is now available" emails sent by ETS Global to link your order/registration to your online account using the same email address you used for registration..
Only after this step will your purchase order be linked to your account and you will be able to access all available features. From your online account, you will be able to see and change your picture, access the Examinee Handbook, see your online score in the "Past tests" section.
ETS Global uses two different types of scoring methods depending on the test format:
- human scoring for open-question tests
- automated scoring for multiple-choice test questions

For the TOEIC Listening and Reading, the TFI and the TOEIC Bridge tests, depending on the option you will choose when registering to the test, your score will be:
- delivered by post between 10 and 15 working days* after the session date (excluding postal delays) for "Standard scoring" option;
- delivered by post between 2 and 5 working days* after the session date (excluding postal delays) for "Express scoring";
- delivered between 1 and 3 working days* after the session date (excluding postal delays) for "super express"** option.

For the TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests your Score Report will be sent to you by post within a maximum of 8 working days (excluding postal delays).
*Working day: excluding Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays
**Option only available for sessions organised within ETS Global’s test centres in Paris.
Score Reports are only sent by post. In addition, you can find your score on your online account. Scores will not be communicated by phone nor email.
The Score Report is the official document acknowledging your English proficiency. It is included in the price of the test.
You will receive a Certificate of Achievement upon request. This document is presented as a diploma featuring the name of the test taker and its test score.
ETS tests should not be considered as “pass-or-fail” tests. Our tests ensure test takers to reliably and objectively demonstrate their English skills. Institutions establish their own English proficiency selection criteria by setting a minimum TOEIC or TOEFL score to reach, as not all positions or academic programmes require the same English proficiency level. Our tests are used as a scale to help institutions compare fairly the level of each candidate.
We invite you to contact your institution/company to find out about the required TOEIC/TOEFL score.
Your results will vary depending on the number of questions you will have answered. You will not be penalised for answering questions wrong. Try to answer every question to the best of your ability.
Because English-language skills may improve or decline over time, ETS Global and Representatives will re-issue and confirm score results for 2 years after taking the test.
You would need to provide a scanned copy of the score report in question by email.
