In 2020, ETS Global B.V. has acquired Pipplet, a start-up specialising in language assessment used for recruitment, internal mobility, language audits and skills certification for companies. Since its foundation, Pipplet has allowed recruiters from all over the world to verify candidates’ abilities to work in a foreign language. With assessments in 40 different languages, from English to Vietnamese, Pipplet is speeding up the recruitment process for hundreds of companies, from fast-growing start-ups to large consulting groups.

Along with the headquarter in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), ETS Global also has offices in France, Poland, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Spain, Korea and China.

‍An uncompromising commitment to qualityETS develops, administers and scores more than 50 million tests annually — including the TOEFL® and TOEIC® tests, the GRE® General and Subject Tests and the Praxis® tests — in more than 180 countries, at more than 9 000 locations around the world.

In addition to assessments, ETS conducts educational research, analysis and policy studies and develops a variety of customised services and products for teacher certification, English language learning and elementary, secondary and post-secondary education.The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certificationETS has been certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for meeting ISO standards for quality excellence.

ETS policies, procedures and systems were audited by third-party certification body DEKRA Certification, Inc., to be awarded the ISO certification. ETS also was evaluated on multiple quality management principles, which included a strong customer focus, the role of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

The ISO certification shows that ETS complies with global standards for quality and does outstanding work in producing the highest quality products and services for individuals, parents, teachers, educational institutions, businesses and governments worldwide.
