ETS EMEA bring expertise to educational and business communities around the world, including students, companies, language schools, academic institutions and public service organisations.
Lucia Loyo
Executive Director – Legal Affairs & Governance
Lucia Loyo joined ETS EMEA in December 2007. She is now General Counsel for the EMEA region.
Lucia Loyo's main mission is to ensure the legality and compliance of all ETS EMEA activities. Her responsibilities include creating the company's legal framework while protecting it in all the countries in which it operates.
In the area of corporate governance, she is responsible for organizing the company's board meetings and ensuring that ETS EMEA and its local branches comply with these principles.
She is also in charge of Test Security, in collaboration with the ETS Office of Testing Integrity (OTI). Her role is to implement the measures and policies needed to guarantee the security of the assessments and the value of their results.
Due to her knowledge on privacy and AI governance she co-leads the AI policies and procedures group at ETS.
She holds a master’s degree in international law from the Institut des Hautes Études Internationales in Geneva, Switzerland.
Pascale Mathieu
Executive Director - Human Resources
Pascale Mathieu joined ETS EMEA in January 2007, and is currently Director of Human Resources.
Pascale is responsible for outlining HR strategy and policy, ensuring everything is in line with the company's missions and strategic objectives.
She designs and implements these policies within the organization, coordinates various activities and verifies legal compliance for all ETS branches in the EMEA region.
In collaboration with all team members and employees, she works to continuously improve the employee experience at ETS EMEA in order to attract and develop the best talent.
Pascale holds a master’s degree in human resources from ESGRH in Paris, and worked in the automotive sector for 5 years.
Laurence Carlinet
Executive Director - France & New Partnerships
Laurence Carlinet joined ETS EMEA in 2015. General Secretary of the company, she is legally responsible for France and supports the Managing Director in the operational and strategic management of ETS EMEA.
Her main missions are to guide development projects, lead distribution networks, devise new offers, forge strategic partnerships and supervise business teams.
In France, Laurence represents ETS EMEA at various ministries, public and private institutions in the professional continuing education sector.
Laurence has a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Lyon III, a Master’s degree in Economics and Innovation Management and a degree in Philosophy.
Her previous experience includes positions as Managing Director of international training organizations and Director of Development with a mission as Deputy Managing Director of the OPCA AGEFOS- PME for the management and support of professional branches.
Grégory Vasseur
Executive Director - Operations & Process Management
Grégory Vasseur joined ETS EMEA in 2007; he is presently in charge of operations and quality assurance activities.
Grégory oversees the regulation and implementation of operational strategies, while confirming they align with the company's missions and strategic objectives.
His main missions are to guarantee and develop the company's operational processes, and to support the needs of our business and education departments.
To this end, he supervises the operational teams and the service providers responsible for logistics, scoring, quality management, session monitoring, and test center management. He also runs various operations projects to improve efficiency and enhance operations procedures.
Grégory specializes in QMS (Quality Management Systems) and Lean/Project Management (Six Sigma Green Belt). He has over 20 years of professional experience managing logistics flows and regulatory operations, which he acquired at leading international groups in fields ranging from retail to pharmaceuticals.
