Reminder: QUALIOPI certification and EDOF lists

For the attention of training organisations

Important: Caisse des Dépôts has blocked, since 24 February 2022, all accounts of non-Qualiopi certified providers and has withdrawn the associated training offers.

As a reminder, QUALIOPI certification came into force on 1 January 2022 with a transitional period (cf. Decree No. 2021-1851 of 28/12/2021) so as not to slow down the development of apprenticeships or training courses.

Flexibilities have thus been provided for CFAs and training companies that have concluded a contract with a certifying body before 1 January 2022. They will be able to continue to obtain public or mutualised funding, provided that they send a copy of the contract signed with the certifying body until 24 February to the Caisse des dépôts, which manages the CPF, via the EDOF portal.

As of 24 February, Caisse des Dépôts will block all accounts of providers who are not Qualiopi certified and will withdraw the associated training offers. Any service provider who has concluded a contract with its certifying body before 1 January may send the contractualisation proof to Caisse des Dépôts by e-mail: DFP_MCF_Contradictoire-CPF@caissedesdepots.fr, indicating in the subject line "Justificatif Qualiopi".

Finally, according to the Decree of 30/12/2021, this blocking will in turn take place for funders, via the Datadock platform of GIE D2OF on 31 March 2022 (see Decree of 30/12/2021).
