Jérémie Rossignol

Managing Director

Since April 2019 Jeremie Rossignol has been appointed as Managing Director for ETS Global.

In his various experiences, Jeremie gained 14 years of executive management and business development in the education field as well as an extended intercultural experience working with over 30 nationalities and being proficient in 4 languages. As a Managing Director at Hutong School, a Chinese language school offering Mandarin trainings and internships in China, he acquired many skills such as entrepreneurship, executive management, school setup and operation, intercultural management, corporate relations and digital transformation. More recently, as a General Director for Vatel Group, the leading hospitality and tourism business school worldwide, he was responsible for overseeing a network of franchised group, setting up new schools, improving internal processes and developing students and teachers’ mobility. His previous experiences focused on school operations, corporate relations, student recruitment strategy and international development.

Jeremie received his Executive MBA from the ESSEC Business School of Paris, his Master of International Relations and Public Policies from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Aix-en-Provence and his Bachelor of Law from the Rennes Faculty of Law and Politics.

Gerben Van Lent

Senior Executive Director - Strategy & Business Growth

Gerben van Lent is primarily responsible for ensuring the business growth of the organisation and supports the managing director with the ongoing development of ETS Global B.V.’s business strategy. He leads the business teams of EMEA, the Marketing teams and the Higher Education outreach team spread over 4 offices located in the Netherlands, France, Jordan and Poland. In support of business development and client relationship management he represents ETS Global and ETS when dealing with partners, major clients, government officials, external organisations and agencies.

He has worked in various management roles at ETS Global B.V. and before that he worked at the Dutch National Institute for Educational Measurement, an NGO, a Teacher Training Institute and Schools in the Netherlands and Africa.

He holds a Master’s Degree from Leiden University (the Netherlands), with a major in Mathematics and minors in Economics and Teaching. He has taken courses in General Management, Educational Management, Financial Management, Management Styles in Different Cultures, Total Quality Management, Operational Management and Capture Management.

Lucia Loyo

Executive Director – Legal Affairs & Governance

Lucia Loyo’s main responsibility is to ensure the legality and compliance of ETS Global B.V. activities through its footprint. Within the legal area, her responsibilities include creating the legal framework that responds to the business needs while protecting the company in all the jurisdictions where the company is active. In the Governance area, she is responsible for organising the Board meetings of the company and compliance of ETS Global and its subsidiaries. She is also in charge of Test Security together with the Office of Test Integrity (OTI) from ETS to implement the proper security measures and policies to safeguard the security of the tests and the value of the tests scores.

Lucia has experience on intellectual property law from previous jobs. She holds a post graduate Diploma (DEA) in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva Switzerland.

Pascale Mathieu

Executive Director - Human Resources

Pascale Mathieu has been working in the Human Resources department of ETS Global for 12 years. She contributes to the definition of HR strategy and policy in accordance with the company's strategic objectives. She is in charge of implementing these policies in the organisation and coordinates the various activities by ensuring compliance with local legal requirements in the various ETS Global offices.  

She supports managers in all HR processes with members of her team.

Pascale worked in the automotive sector for 5 years. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from ESGRH.

Laurence Carlinet

Executive Director - France & New Partnerships

Laurence Carlinet is responsible for France's growth and supports the Managing Director in the commercial strategy of ETS Global.

She joined ETS Global in 2015. Her role is to manage development projects, coordinate distribution networks, devise new offers, forge strategic partnerships in France and abroad and supervise the business teams. She represents ETS Global with the various ministries, public and private institutions in the continuing vocational training sector. She co-chairs the FFP certification commission.

She holds a Master II in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Lyon III, a Master II in Economics and Innovation Management and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.

Her previous experience includes positions as Managing Director in international training organisations and as Director of Development with a mission as Deputy Managing Director within the OPCA AGEFOS- PME for the management and support of professional branches.

Roman Magdik

Executive Director - Tax & Finance

Roman Magdik is responsible for all financial reporting for ETS Global B.V., ensuring the accuracy of company reporting and guaranteeing effective cash management. He generates and administers the financial policies of ETS Global B.V. and develops reporting procedures to support business growth and expansion plans. He also manages all processes related to treasury, budgets and tax compliance processes within ETS Global B.V., ensuring the adherence to the financial policies and procedures and compliance with the accounting, reporting and tax rules in all countries where ETS Global B.V. operates.

Roman has over 20 years of experience in international finance, also covering treasury, taxation and business review. He has successfully developed financial models for internal and external reporting. Roman contributed to building a solid financial reporting base ensuring transparency and improving profitability in line with corporate objectives.

Roman has worked as auditor for the Big 4 consulting and auditing firms in the Netherlands and abroad, in various finance roles in pharmaceutical, FMCG, and leasing industries, before joining ETS Global B.V. in 2010, where he has been working in various finance management roles.

Roman is a member of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), UK. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations from The Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO), Russia. Roman speaks several languages fluently, including English, Dutch, Russian.
