ETS Global organised an International Conference

On October 25th, ETS Global organised its first international conference in Warsaw, Poland.

The event and the conference “Progressing English-Language Assessment For 40 Years – TOEIC® Programme For The Success Of Your Institution” was dedicated to the academic sector and attracted participants from Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Hungary and Ukraine. The speakers provided introductions about the importance of English in a globalized environment, use of the TOEIC® and TOEFL® tests including best practises.

The TOEIC Programme’s 40th Anniversary

The seminar ended with a panel discussion where participants could share their ideas about demands and trends on assessing English language proficiency. The highlight of the conference was the celebration of the TOEIC® Programme’s 40th Anniversary.

After the conference, ETS Global organised a Propell® Teacher Workshop for the TOEIC® Listening and Reading test. This workshop guided educators through a collaborative teaching and learning experience that will help students prepare for the TOEIC® test and for success in the workplace.
